optimumfiberinternet.us is operated by Assured Saving LLC, an independent master dealer for Optimum-branded services. We are an authorized sales channel: we help households compare Optimum internet, TV, and mobile plans, check what is available at a specific address, and place a new order.

Assured Saving LLC is not Optimum and is not Altice USA. This website is operated independently by Assured Saving LLC. Optimum, the Optimum pathways logo, and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the services we are authorized to sell.

What we do

• Check which Optimum services and speeds are available at your address.
• Explain current plans, pricing, promotions, and the terms attached to them.
• Submit your order to Optimum or its authorized order-processing systems.
• Answer questions about an order we placed for you.

Already an Optimum customer? We cannot access, change, or troubleshoot an existing Optimum account. For billing, technical support, or changes to a live account, please contact Optimum directly through your account at optimum.com or the support number on your bill. Our line handles new orders and plan questions only.
