1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of optimumfiberinternet.us (the “Site”), operated by Assured Saving LLC, an independent master dealer for Optimum-branded services. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Relationship to Optimum
Assured Saving LLC is not Optimum and is not Altice USA. This website is operated independently by Assured Saving LLC. Optimum, the Optimum pathways logo, and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the services we are authorized to sell.
3. What the Site is for
The Site provides marketing information about Optimum services and lets you contact us to check availability and place a new order. Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract. Any service you order is provided by Optimum under the Optimum customer agreement, which governs that service.
4. Pricing, offers and availability
Prices, speeds, equipment terms, and promotions are set by Optimum, vary by address, and may change or end without notice. Offers are subject to eligibility, credit approval, taxes, fees, and the full terms published on our Disclaimer page. Where information on the Site conflicts with the current published Optimum terms, the Optimum terms control.
5. Calls and consent

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to submit false information or another person’s details without authority.
